IT Support Analyst / Helpdesk Level 2 Support 

Temporary assignment – 6 months + – ASAP start 

1st shift – can flex start time to somewhere around 7am – 8am start.  

Pay rate depends on IT experience. 

Our client is looking for an IT Support Analyst. Position is located in the Laconia, NH area and is an on-site position responsible for addressing Level 1 and Level 2 IT issues encountered by staff / users located at multiple factories.  

High-Level Role Description: 

The IT Support Analyst will provide front-line primary technical support to end users on various technical issues and problems relating to hardware, software and peripherals. They will also be responsible for responding to, documenting, and resolving service tickets in a timely manner. 

Additional Responsibilities: 

  • Provide basic support for hardware, peripherals, and network access. Research various problems to provide appropriate responses to end users.
  • Perform troubleshooting and identification of problems related to workstations, applications, and basic network communications.
  • Engage with clients throughout the lifecycle of a ticket; including research and communication of status.
  • Working with Microsoft Windows Systems Admin to resolve/escalate problems.
  • Monitor Helpdesk queue for support inquiries.
  • Windows 7, 10 pro 10 workstation implementation – test drives, printers and user training needed.
  • Install approved software and hardware as directed.
  • Follow procedures written in Employee Handbook and IT Policy.
  • Able to communicate effectively with all levels within the organization.


  • Associates Degree in Information Systems or equivalent experience.
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in IT in a manufacturing environment.
  • Personal Computer skills including the use of MS Office products
  • Broad knowledge of IT systems. Intermediate to Advanced Excel experience a plus
  • Proficient at problem solving, decision making and resource management.
  • The position may require the use of hands with personal computer and the lifting of objects weighing up to 25 pounds.
  • May require travel to other facilities
