Inside Sales/Aftermarket Sales Rep

This position is located in Concord,NH.

  • Locating, Developing, and Defining new and existing business relationships to discover and close opportunities to sell mechanical MRO parts and supplies, equipment replacement/upgrade, equipment service, and maintenance.
  • Assist with equipment selection, sizing, and estimating based on customer needs.
  • Provide customer support for service technicians and service team.
  • Manage time between on-site (40-50%) and facility (50-60%) locations.
  • Provide pricing proposals and prepare quotations for customers.
  • Occasionally make deliveries to customers as needed.
  • Effectively drive sales; meeting or exceeding sales targets for assigned territory.
  • Assist in the development of business objectives, strategies, and plans specific to clients within assigned territory.
  • Manage relationships with key accounts by effectively delivering customer value for sustained growth.
  • Use consultative approach to provide customers with best solutions.
  • Results oriented, highly organized sales professional.
  • Experience in sales/marketing of Thermal Energy Solutions.
  • Proven abilities in customer service and sales skills, excellent communication, follow up, and organizational skills.

This position requires frequent travel, a valid driver’s license with proven safe driving record.
