Accounts Payable/Purchasing

Direct Hire position – $45 to $50K.
Will be responsible for accounts payable/purchasing and invoicing involved in the day-to-day operation in a manufacturing plant.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Approve Bi-Weekly payroll report
  • Purchase order entry
  • Purchasing
  • Perform three-way matching of Purchase Order/Receiving Records/Invoices
  •  Accounts Payable Entries
  • Accounts Payable Reports
  • Month End Tasks
  • Customer Service Representative
  • Maintain Files
  • Audit Support
  • Other Various Clerical Tasks

Experience:
At least 5 years’ experience preferred, experience in lieu of education is acceptable
